Sometimes you click on the wrong item, it's all good, we understand. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. We accept returns for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement, as per your preference.

Certain items on our website are special order ins from supplier. Returning special order items will incur restocking fees. These are fees charged by our suppliers, not us.

AutoCave uses a multitude of couriers across Australia to ensure a quick delivery. We recommend sending your order to a commercial address as we can send them with a quicker courier.
