The BCDC1240D is a 40amp/600W DC-DC battery charger to suit dual battery setups. This battery charger is suitable for charging AGM, Gel, Standard Lead Acid, Calcium and Lithium (LiFePO4 ) batteries, and has a MPPT Solar Regulator for charging from solar panels. Suitable for 12V and 24V, and can be mounted in the engine bay as well as in a canopy or the cabin.
This BCDC1240D generally suits battery bank sizes of 200-400AH for lead-acid and AGM batteries, or 100-300AH for lithium batteries. We also have the lower output BCDC1225D 25amp unit available here.
It's recommended to install 60amp MIDI fuses inline, with minimum 14mm² cable for this unit.
